Juan Carlos Esquivel ("JC") is a seasoned
maritime logistics and transportation executive with over three decades of
industry experience. A second-generation shipping professional, Juan Carlos
builds on a family legacy that includes his father’s pioneering contributions
to PortMiami. He is the CEO of Mar Caribe Line, a full transportation
conglomerate where he leads international ocean carrier, chartering, brokering,
and supply chain solutions connecting the Caribbean with global markets.
Active in civic leadership, Juan Carlos serves his community in Doral, Florida, with a local media nonprofit outlet “Doral Voice” and has a strong track record in public service and local engagement. Known for his strategic vision, extensive network, and commitment to excellence, he continues to drive growth in both the private and public sectors.
Randy Fenley “Randy” Randy is Managing Director of Tower Assets Ltd. USA and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Tower Holdings Ltd. In the transportation industry serves as the Chief Operating officer of Mar Caribe Line an international ocean carrier conglomerate. Randy brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial business acumen and insight from his commercial successes and connections in commodity trading. With his global experience and long term approach to relationships (which very often become friendships), Randy has established a keen sense and ability for identifying potential market inefficiencies in emerging countries’ commodity markets “economies” which have led to sustainable business that takes advantage of the trading arbitrage (primarily agricultural products e.g. ICUMSA 45) between countries. Randy’s collaborative approach to business is evident in his passion for NASCAR and motorsports racing. His foray into the sport was taking one of the original founding NASCAR teams from having no sponsorship to having several corporate sponsors who signed 6-year contracts in excess of $140 million.

George James is Electronic Engineer (MSc) with more than 30 years of experience in the design, development, and integration of advanced technological solutions for the maritime, satellite, industrial, and energy sectors. A graduate in Electronic Engineering with a Master of Science (MSc), he has led high-impact projects in telecommunications, aids to navigation, solar and wind renewable energy systems, and satellite telemetry platforms.
He serves as a specialized expert in the manufacturing of aids to navigation certified under international standards, integration of AIS systems, satellite communications, and the development of intelligent solutions for critical infrastructure. He holds international certifications in aids to navigation issued by IALA, as well as specialized training in autonomous solar systems, telemetry, automation, power electronics, and networking.
He has solid experience in programming, electronic design, firmware, microcontrollers, artificial intelligence, web development, and the management of complex technological projects. He is the designer of the CVC-256 aids to navigation systems and the redundant satellite telemetry system Vencyb Marine System platforms developed for the monitoring, control, and safe operation of critical maritime infrastructure. His profile combines strategic leadership, technical innovation, and a comprehensive vision focused on safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency, delivering reliable, high-value solutions at an international level.
